Senior IT Support Specialist (Level 2)

We are looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist (L2) who thrives on solving complex problems, delivering exceptional client service, and building trusted relationships with clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with end users, becoming a familiar and dependable presence within client environments, and helping organizations get the most from their technology.
About the Role.
As our Senior IT Support Specialist (L2), you will serve as a trusted technical advisor, escalation expert, and key client partner. Unlike traditional support roles, this position will spend a significant portion of time onsite at client locations, supporting their employees, systems, infrastructure, and day-to-day technology needs.
You will take ownership of complex technical issues while building strong relationships with clients and their teams. Success in this role requires a combination of advanced technical expertise, exceptional customer service, proactive communication, and the ability to create confidence and trust with every interaction.
You will be one of the faces of AOS within our client environments, helping ensure technology enables productivity, minimizes disruption, and delivers a consistently positive client experience.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a trusted technology partner for assigned clients, building strong relationships with end users and key stakeholders.
- Provide a high level of onsite support at client locations, assisting employees with technical issues, system adoption, and day-to-day technology needs.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience through proactive communication, responsiveness, professionalism, and follow-through.
- Identify opportunities to improve client environments, processes, security, and overall technology performance.
- Act as an advocate for the client while balancing business priorities and technical best practices.

Compensation
$55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
